About Jesse & Julie

Thank you for visiting our web site. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves.

Jesse and Julie opened Visionary Realty Group in June 2010 and have grown their company to over 20 agents. Jesse is full time manager and CEO of Visionary Realty Group. He works actively in the community serving on many committees, including Women's Council of Realtors. 

Jesse has recently received his SFR Designation, and has much experience negotiating contracts for our buyers who are interested in purchasing bank owned properties. Jesse is an experienced negotiator for our short sale clients as well.

Julie has been an elementary school teacher in the Eureka Union School District for the past 20 years. She has worked on numerous committees with both parents and administration , including being a negotiator on behalf of the teachers with CTA. As a Broker, Julie brings her communicating and negotiating skills to the table when working to assure the client's best interests are met during every step of the transaction process.

Jesse and Julie also have two daughters, Paige 13 & Bailie 17 yrs. They enjoy camping, boating, traveling, and cheering their daughters on at cheer competitions (2010 National Champions).
